CROWDFUNDING - Crowdfunding is a digital alternative finance innovation that enables small contributions to be pooled from a large audience (crowd) to achieve a funding goal. It anchors the capital raising activities of SUNFund Africa.

INCUBATION - A Business Incubator is designed to accelerate the growth and success of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services. This anchors one part of the capital use activities of SUNFund Africa.

CRYPTOCURRENCIES - like fuel in a car, cryptocurrencies fuel the new age blockchain financial ecosystem. We also deal in Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Trading for clients that want to growth their wealth through this new age digital asset or want to get consultancy services and training on Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrencies and other Digital Assets.

WHAT ARE CRYPTOCURRENCIES?

Cryptocurrencies are a new age innovation that are still a myth to many. So what are cryptocurrencies? They are the future of money. Cryptocurrencies are digital tokens or digital coupons that have a financial value. These tokens (cryptocurrencies) can be sent and received by anyone on the blockchain network they operate on. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) have evolved to also act as a medium of exchange with various merchants accepting them as payment.

Blockchain is like the social media of finance. The same way social media enables you to send and receive information from anyone on the platform, regardless of geographical location at a very low cost and faster speed on a peer-to-peer basis. Blockchain allows people to send and receive money (crypto) at a very low cost and faster speed on a peer-to-peer network, with this cryptocurrency being redeemable on an exchange.

Shaun Nyagumbo

(Founder)

Has worked for companies that include G&C Fashions, Filquest Investments and Inbox Technologies. He is also the founder of Start-Up Nation (SUN) and a crypto-preneur.

In 2018, Mr. Nyagumbo grew his live personal trading account from US$10 to US$800 through his 'One Cent (1c) Scalp Trading' Strategy.

Lazarus Mazarura

(Co-Founder)

Mr. Lazarus Mazarura is the Executive Director of Business Angels of Sub-Saharan Africa (BASSA) and is the Co-Founder of SUN. With over 20 years of working experience.

He provides expertise in the field of Business Development and HR. Based in South Africa, he heads International Operations & Business Development.
